Reputation points are where u reply to someones post an answer of something and id its good they can gove you a good reputation by pressing the noob face on the bottom left of there post. You can also give bad reputation if they give a bad answer or do anything bad etc

You see the little newbie head in the bottom left of each post? You click that if you want to give reputation points to users for their posts. You can either give +Rep or -Rep for good or bad comments. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter too much. At most, it affects the little green bar under your achievements. Use the Reputation Point system on posts you think are really good or really bad.

lol reputation it is when people like what you say and they put point. for reputation point you are getting 1 experience and if you have the most reputation you will get award. if you will give some one reputation you will get 2 experience. so if i helped you give me reputation. lol ;-)

Just don't abuse the system by badmouthing somebody whom you hate, as you can be warned for doing so.
