Are you guys sure when you upgrade any gun it will take an extra 1 damage? What I'm trying to say is that? When you read some description of gun, it will tell you when perfect, it will take an extra 1 damage.
Eg. Ghost M4

Yea 90%guns on iera gets 1more damadge(well I don't really know if 100%)like for example bar it original is 9upgraded 10,sten m4 original 8upgraded 9,Luger original 9 upgraded 10

I think the saddest part is that it took 10 minutes for a newbie to shoot someone.Newbie: 1 hours at mining oresand I just upgraded my Starter gun! Now, it's in perfect shape! Yay!

Anyway, I have a Neo Rifle and I have been trying to improve it to an extra damage. The Neo Rifle damage is 9 and each time I upgrade it, it keep taking 9 damage. It's in a perfect condition when I upgrade it but it won't work...
Any help? What am I doing wrong? Is it a glitch or something? Is there away to do it that I'm not doing right?, etc. Any father questions can be added.
