Not a big deal, but wondering why you can only animate the eyes, I read the rules but I don't see the harm in say, like making your custom head smile or something easy. I recently made a custom that smiles and it got rejected because of that animation I just need simple answers and so do others, because for custom makers this is probably something that grinds there gears.
There really isn't a explanation for the rejection of your head with GIF smile.
The only head that has most GIF is yogy's cause of the eyes and other scars lightning.
Maybe you can add those animation for grabbing icons?

This is my head that most likely Reno rejected I always double check if true black and such but i dont think there is a problem.
