First of all, hi, I haven't been on these forums for a very long time.

Anyway, for my idea, I think there should be a pawn shop added, or maybe a few.

You can sell certain items to the person on the counter, and you will get a small amount of money for it.
Of course though, you cannot sell items such as shells, trash, VIP items, food, and furniture. You will be able to sell items, weapons, vehicles, skateboards, and whatever you have to sell. Certain pawn shops will let you sell them certain things, but all together you would be able to sell most of your stuff to make extra money or if you don't want it anymore.

Or, instead of being a method of refunds, you can recieve "pawn tickets" for your stuff and trade said tickets for special items exclusive to the pawn shop like furniture, guns, hats ect.

I already recommended selling and trading items and weapons, but Oreos threatened to give me an infraction because my ideas were "useless" and "horrible"
