Gralat Packs Did Not Work

Hello, Im here to inform you that my friend, Bree (River), has bought a $9.99 Gralat pack (27500 Gralats) and received nothing.

Time Purchased: 7/17/14 Around 10 O'clock Night Time. EST

If you can refund her the money, or give her the Gralats please reply to this post or message Bree (River) through iEra.
