You can refund within 2hours for full money...
i never got full when i did within 2hr
Then maybe it's either your timing is wrong or it's just buggy.
Its only 30 minutes I believe.

When it was 2 hours, not sure if it's changed, if staff didn't accept it until after 2 hours and you had to delete because of noticing some errors, you got half price. So it counts when it is uploaded from the site, not when you accept.

The timer starts as soon as the admin accepts so don't accept it if you sleep overnight and they accept it.
