Aqua Man's Birthday Hat

First of all, I'd like to wish Aqua Man a happy birthday and, second of all, can you pls fix his hat? Incase staff members ain't aware of this, the hat has a white background with ALL people; not just me and some others. I hope this is fixed soon because it would look awesome and, by far, the best bday hat yet, if it werent for the white background. (iPad Mini user so I'm not facing my problem coz im on pc xd)
