It's always been written as that for very long.
I forgot where I heard it, but I was told some admin put it there, basically to troll everyone. So basically, I don't think anything is ever going to be released there.
That was for the coming soon sign at Chriz weapon shop. Eventually a metal storm was placed years later but it wasn't the level makers intentions.

Snk and several other admins have told us this before. Its just there to take up space. There is not supposed to be anything there until they decide to actually put something there. Like the metal storm.
