It violates the upload rules and you had been re-uploading after you had been told that it was an illegal upload, so there was a reason and I find the 48 hour upload ban justifiable.
I'll be here from time to time. College & Work are my priorities for now.

Just to be sure, contact a local GFX admin or the in-charges.
Since you've predicted that the admins probably disapprove by mistake, that is why you were banned from uploading customs.
