Why have there been so many threads complaining about one thing or another? Honestly, this really isn't an issue, because I'm sure they looked at everyone's gfx equally, and there are so many other guns that "are from COD." It isn't copyright since the guns already existed, and all Treyarch did was add those guns into their game.

hey jay, Activision did not make these weapons as well as every single name. Guns on CoD Black Ops 2 are versions of real life weapons, except graphically altered and the name was changed. As for the skin for the peacekeeper some one made, Treyarch wouldn't even be able to use some of their camos, such as gold, blue tiger, woodland, etc. because many other games have those skins. All in all, go complain elsewhere.
Damn I've always thought this game was for 4 years old and up.
I have thought wrong !!
isnt gun game copyright in a way as well lol?

If the Graphics are the exact same of the gun on Call Of Duty and the name is the same then we'd have an issue, but seeing as the graphics are different (I believe) there shouldn't be a problem.

Well... Putting it in perspective, yes, we'll I don't know if you'd call it copyright because it's an event, sure it's the same thing but if this was copyright you'd expect like every weapon to be copyright also.. Don't get me wrong, I'm not gun expert but one of the snipers from G187's shop looks similar.
