couldn't care less about big things, i just want iera to stop lagging like a dialup game, i hate how nearly all the players could escape melees or even bullets because it doesn't register unless they stop moving. i'd love to be able to play this on the pc client

and for the love of god mining needs to be changed.

Didn't know you are an experienced player(probably a bad joke).
Era in my view doesn't need more staffs because it isn't finding one from any server. Not everybody can script/GFX/LAT that easily. GFX takes lots of practice to have a good taste in color and design. LAT needs lots of ideas and practice to come up with a level. Scripts needs to have lots of codes memorized just to make things work properly. We have enough Gani staffs, there isn't a problem with that.

It takes years to practice the one you're good at to be an expert. They just don't hire somebody who knows the basic>.>

I don't want to tell administrators how to do they're job. But he's kind of right and with the growing population they need to step up there game a bit if they want to keep up. But then again you don't want to go overkill with recruitment, just enough to keep the game maintained.

I do agree it needs to be focused on more, but Vendhin did say that something big is coming in about a week or two so I hope it's something worthwhile
