Lucid dreaming/Sleep hypnosis video

I just did this and it was actually rather enjoyable. I wouldn't say that I necessarily had a lucid dream but I felt very at ease and kind of weightless in a sense. It's a very interesting video to listen to. Post your results and your thoughts on it.

It really doesn't feel like it's that long when you're doing it. You're technically sleeping most of the time that you do it.

Isn't the thing with lucid dreams that you're supposed to be able to control your dream? if you're having a terrible nightmare why don't you turn it into a good seen or something?

I can't control it... the nightmare just shows up and it's hard to wake up.
