Actullay it do effect people we say I need help I klick on snk first and he doesn't answer then I klick on someone else and think oh hey here is someone! And then i write my problem to him and this letter can also be personal stuff because admins now days don't want hi or etc so you basically write your problem first! My opinion this should be fixed and nice that you bring this up!
