It says no hats masks or glasses but I have no hats masks or glasses in my customimage.jpg I edited this certain custom that I found on graal depot, but the hood was already there

That's an actual head ingame, like in one of the headpacks in the shops. There's a lot of heads that don't follow the rules and they aren't player heads. They've been around forever though.

So I uploaded it yesterday and it was disapproved

But yesterday was my birthday
And yesterday I was also quite unhappy that it was disapproved
So yesterday, on my birthday, I was sad because I couldn't get a custom because of a rule that doesn't apply to other heads sold in-game
