I would love for you to be on the GFX team but I think they hire people who can make great gfx at everything. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Alright but when i checked the Gfx application, there's a field wherein you do gfx the best
Cars, Sprites, Melees, Guns, etc.
id go for guns

If you want to be noticed for your gfx you need to start developing your own style. Though what you make is good, alot of it looks like it's trying to replicate bitzsams style as the colour and even shades are very similar to his guns just not as developed. I've even noticed some parts like grips, details from some of his guns are being used by you and though it's fine to do all this when you are starting out you need to start moving away from that and doing things by yourself especially if you are trying for a gfx position on the server. Era is not going to hire someone who makes things based off of someone who already works there because they already have bitzsam to make things of that particular style.
Look at all of eras past/present graphic artists from olirus to storm to shiz to howl, all of their work looks different to the point where you can tell who made what just by looking at the style
True graphic artists don't use inspiration from other artists they create their own

Oh my... Just delete this thread right away >.> it is clearly stated no threads about becoming an admin (any admin) should be made. In fact people who say "Should I become a gfx admin?" wont get chosen... Becoming an admin isn't as easy as you think.
