Hollllly**** those stats look op, were those stats tested by the gun admins cause 0.1 freeze and 7 damage with explosion damage which can add a potential of 9 damage for a free gun wtf

Are you sure it wasnt over buffed? And it doesnt make sense when the dart gun looks better for less if it has 0.1 faster fire rate since slower fire rates are easier to dodge
