No I don't think so. My question is what is the objective of this NPC? If you just have a picture of a hat in an NPC, the OP could be describing that.

Hmm interesting try linking the hat to to the serverside and remove the link whats you are done also dont forget to add set variables in your functions or the script wont exactly work.
