I just want to know what the ETs will be doing when they're not hosting events, because, unless they're hosting ALL the time, there's got to be a period of time when they're on a break and doing nothing.
What will they do then I'm guessing? PR duties.

Nah, I think they should be able to PR duties. Idk that's why I said I wouldn't be able to suggest the rules and guidelines in the OP.
Simple- they would go right back to playing the game like normal people, or assist other ETs in their hosting endeavors.
Whenever I get on, it's
Get on -> Host events -> Spar complex -> PK Arena -> Base.
Whenever I'm not hosting events, I'm a normal player. I get on skype and chat with people, do whatever they're doing.
I've been at it for 12 years- If I didn't have this philosophy, I would have gotten bored a long time ago.
Regardless of the staff rank, even with full-fledged PRs, PRA's, Gani, LATs, etc. It's not like it's work 24/7.
That's a quick way for somebody to get bored with the game.
Like everybody else, I originally came to this game for entertainment. I still seek entertainment to this day.
Just because I run out of daily events coins, doesn't mean that I cannot get entertainment through the raw gameplay that this game offers.

Cudislange you recently became apart of the Events Team on Era PC, that doesn't mean you know how to run the events on iEra. I don't believe we need a "Events Team" as it would require them having a staff account JUST primarily to host events. Unlike Era PC you use the same account to host as play.
Events are a reward for players and staff are not required to host them constantly.
