Basing Event Idea

So I was thinking, maybe once a month/week, a broadcast message says something along these lines,"you have 20 minutes to assemble your gang/team, then the event will begin." Basically, within a one hour period, whichever gangs hold the bases the longest, the gang members of those gangs will be rewarded an ec.
Just a brainstorm; thought It could be fun.
