Why is the saddlebrown color still just for vip?

the black people are forced to buy vip if they want the saddlebrown color (which is the color for black skin) but white people ain't forced because there already is a white skin color; pls fix this.

we really need a the saddle brown color to be free; the people who are black irl shall not have to buy vip in order to put a skin color to suit their black custom/pack/free heads that they chose to put on their avatar on era.

Look, people actually like to have their customs the same color of their skin. I don't see a big deal of just putting one, let me repeat that, one color so everyone can feel equal. Because other races may, or already have, felt discriminated against because there's already a white person's color for free, but you have to pay 7500 just to have a black person's color.
