why is this head disproved, i edited this head for my friend
There's a non-blinking animation on it.

So animated heads with no eye blinking animation is not allowed?
The rules needs to stop changing.
It's been like that for almost a year-We do allow animations on the eyes; however there should be no other animations on the head

I've seen many heads with that "shiny" animation, as well as a blink similar to that ingame. So either the rules keep changing (without being changed in forums) or people aren't reading the uploading rules very well when they go to reject/accept customs
