Recommendation 1st class and second class

What are this recommendation things I saw Suka with recommendation second class and Robg with recommendation 1st class in their achievements.But I know about the recommendation just not this kinds.

It is based on how many referrals you have on the forum, any member who signs up and adds your username as their referrer gives you the "Recommendation Second Class" forum achievement. When you get 5 referrals you get the first class achievement.
