It should be like 50 ec to be honest... Luger is 10 damage and 40 ec when AC is 9 damage+exposion+knockback and its almost as fast as luger...50 ec would be a good price

I like it, doesn't really effect until exploding, maybe add a chance of knock back not everytime? Never mind tested it myself and the knock back is a very rare occurance.
