The actual glasses part on the yellow hat needs better shading, atm there is almost no texture there just plain base colori'll show the ultimate gamer gif hats !i allready made today for arcade shop,hope you guys like it

I'm trying to make a plastic glow in the dark sword in paint.net. Did some weird freeform shading thing and somehow turned out to have a cool subtle look to it. Problem is idk how to rotate it into 8 images at 45 degree intervals so it will have enough images for each frame of animation. If someone can help me maybe we can see if a collaborative thing could be acceptable.
