Control Issue

Well yeah, hi...

First of all, I dislike creating threads.
Secondly, this thread is really important and I do not want it to be moved or merged. It's completely different.

I just want to opt that when iEra released the iOS 8 compatibility, my controls have gotten worse than before.
Mainly it's the movement pad that has the issue. Most of the times, I didn't had this problem with the old version of Era and now it appears at a random time for iPhone users(not sure about iPad).

The problem is plain and simple: the movement pad sometimes do not work at all. It'll function like 30% and the rest is just unavailable to attend to. It is really buggy and annoying when it comes to events, basing etc.
Your character stops moving because of the control pad and it gives a huge advantage to anybody near you.
My friend had this issue after updating era to iOS 8 but with iOS 7.1.2 version on his iPhone.
We didn't had this problem back then and I assume it's the new update's problem.

Don't blame the device, it has nothing to do with it. Only Era has this problem(don't really play zone and classic much).
My device is still new, so there's nothing to compare.
I want to know how many of you are having this issue lately, I don't mind negative comments. As long as they're valid and useful(I highly doubt it).

The request is simple: fix the control pads. It has interrupted me far long enough and I didn't want to make a thread about it.

Other games did NOT have this problem in them, so don't question about it.

Yeah,I'm also having this problem when I am playing.
I own an iPad Mini,with the iOS 8 installed.
I don't really know,but with iOS 8 compatibility,it lags as hell and has a common chance of crashing.

On the iPhone 5,there's a 50% chance for me to not have the movement,hit,nor hokey control pads appear when I zoom in,and I wouldn't zoom out until I restart iEra.
So yeah,the system doesn't agree to work with me.

((iOS 8 makes apps crash more frequently,a good router connection or not.))

Well, I'm just trying to gather more witnesses or those who actually experienced this issue/problem after updating to the iOS 8 compatibility.

Not sure if they plan to fix it or not, but I've been an iPhone user for 4 years now and I never had this kind of issue once until now(well, technically it was 1 month back).

As an andriod user playing graal i also sometimes cannot press the button to open pms. I just feel that ios i bugs more. My device a'int old, samsung galaxy tab 3.

I'm bumping this because it's getting on my nerves far too long.
I might even do this: #AdminsCareLess4iOSUsers.
Like really, my controls(especially the movement pad) keeps 'hanging' and doesn't respond to my touch at all.
When will this issue ever gonna be fixed?

The touch is also a keyboard thing for iphone users, you must update to 8.0.2 if you are already on iOS 8.

My device is iOS 8.1.1 now and it's not the device issue, it's the game.
I didn't had this kind of annoyance with Era's iOS 7 compatibility and when I updated it to the new one, everything started hanging at very random timings.

Often times, one joystick pad works and the other doesnt, sometimes none work for 5 seconds then I am able to move again.

I've asked a couple of non-forum users in era too,They said their controls hangs a lot when the internet is working finely.
Will this matter be looked into?
