you can use all guns and weapons but only inside base. gang with most kills inside base that was chosen gets reward. thats all.

i only know the rule long time before every gang was saying like this no heal, no melee, no bomb, no ec items and no flag
and i thought that was real so when they ask why, i tell em after u heal, ur kill after u heal are not COUNTED xD and now i know i did wrong haha
