It must be one of the new gang bases added in the game some where in the iera gmap so there for no need to freak out just something new added in the game
This has happened to me several times. I think this is the new base that snk is working on. I don't know if this is a glitch or if they are testing out what were to happen if a gang took the base or what. Just ignore it for now.

I remember getting a freebie saying this but no on was on and there's no such thing as a mixie base. Later, my SFX friend trolled me and said he did it I was like 0.o?????
