There are many ways around this like abbreviations and stuff like that but yea there shouldn't be much hate because he's just trying to make the game better for younger players because it is 8+ and there are a lot of children that there mommys wouldn't want them to see this kind of stuff.

Swearing does not help you with anything. It will just make you in a low level and show how immature you are.
It's probably encrypted in the code as it is for other codes such as python.

What kind of comment is that? Ignoring swear words in no way makes you more or less mature. The mature thing to do is to bring it up and get it fixed. Another mature thing to do would be to report the use of inappropriate language. Sitting on your butt ignoring all of that shows you as an ignorant player who doesn't give a care about the game.
