Animated Gang Logo not working?

So I created this awesome .gif animation for my gang:

(The tanks on the bottom move across that part)

So I did the thing where you convert it to .jpeg and it works for my game, but when I asked my friends they say it's not working for them. It's still the old image on their side of the game. My friend says it's server lag but it looks like it's happening to everyone. I think there should be a gang logo reset button that resolves stuff like this.

Hmmm I refreshed Graal and it's not working for me now. Is there anything in place to resolve this?

No gifs can't be uploaded to Graal. You're supposed to convert it to jpeg and it will still work.

If you convert it to jpeg it is no longer a gif therefore it will no longer work... i think.
