tap on your player > tap for inventory > add folder at right bottom > edit name and icon > Done!
But you must be wondering why you don't have the add folder option.
That's because you need to be VIP to create/add folders!

What Jake said, it's only accessible if you are subscribed to VIP. If your subscription runs out you will still have the folders but won't be able to edit them. You can receive a total of 5 folders
