When it comes to having strangers (players) in your house, They are pretty annoying.
Hence i've came up with this idea is that the owner of the house, will be able to give ANY player "Rights" to kick, move furni, and add furni ... By going to (Player > Actions > Give Rights) Well i didnt make this idea, i got it from Habbo. You guys might know this game too.

If they had furni and dropped it it will be mine, in habbo we can trade furni back but we can't trade furni in era lol

Well if that is to happen i don't think it'll be allowed.
Like you said,Era doesn't do Furniture trading.

i think you will be able to add only owner's furniture, but if owner does not want his statues of admins to be deleted, he can put it in rights. so there must be buttons like that: can add furniture; can delete furniture; can can move furniture; can change options of furniture.

That sounds like great idea I have seen many games do that except where they can't delete furniture they can just move it
