Houses in era map!

Ok so, the idea is of having some houses in the era map, sounds weird, but you'll understand my point as you read.
These houses that will be in the era map, will be auctioned, and the winners of each will get the key of the house.
Once you have a house, you can open it to public, put some furniture, make events, such as races and stuff, host paties and lots of more fun stuff!
Sounds cool right? The best part is that there will only be a few houses on sale, and if you win one, you can sell the house key in the trading tables for a lots of items! Yep, many will want your house so be smart with it.

Thats interesting, why don't they build some abandon house, and cost 50k+, and you are able to cuztomize themselve xD it would be awesome.

i think it must not be auctioned cause of low price, people will get house that guildes have for 150k? that is funny. i think it should be new shop that will have like 5 houses for sail, and each will cost near 500k or something like that. and once you bought one you can trade key.

Why dont they make a place for houses and they are houses for sale and u can buy it.

Just like real world.

Or make some apartment and then they are 10 floors and each floor have 5 rooms. makes more of these
