Totally removes the point of gang hideouts if you can just custimize the house.
If you've actually played Era PC, you'll noticed that the locked doors on iEra's map(when it was first released) were ALL the player bought houses. Sadly this will not happen for iEra, reason being, the high player count in iEra willnot fit with the implementation of this additional feature
