Add the status update system
i suggest we add the status update system, this basically allows a user to update there status which promptly appears on the start page or wherever it's put, it's useful is someone has something on there mind and they don't see it a big enough reason to make a thread, an example of this in use is on the delteria forums, and as you can see there it is pretty useful. http://www.delteria.net/
Their forum is nicely made. Especially in a black-themed design.

The status system is integrated into the IP Board forum software which is what the Delteria forums use, we use vBulletin which does not have this function by default and would need a modification. Will have to ask bboy.
Having to imagine this on small devices like the iPhone and Android doesn't really fit well except for PC users.
Probably needs some improvement if it's gonna be taken into consideration.
