Yes, but we're not using their product. It's so miniscule and minute, and with 0 impact on the game that we just have it to familiarize. I doubt Sony representatives would send us a Ceast & Desist for using their system as furniture, especially when that's what it is -- furniture. As with the Piano song, I'm almost sure it uses a basic loop that evades the copyright. The only thing I can think of that's used on Era with a copyright clearance is the fact we have all 4 minutes of Party Rock Anthem in Astros (Have? Had?) which I was told GraalOnline bought permissions to. I could be wrong, though.

When you copyright something it doesn't stay that way forever, the song is probably old and is now considered public domain (the copyright has expired).

It isn't copyrighted. "All works published before 1923 are considered in the public domain.". The song was published in 1846 so anyone can use it freely.
