I was mistaken about CG's stats and I'll now give the exact details about it's mobility in combat shooting/spam.

CG (explosive mode) has the same freeze as the flamethrower with it's stats being 0.10.
What makes it move slow when spamming is the slowness effect for the gun. It's basically how the Minigun works, they just added it to CG's secondary mode to prevent having the advantage to move a lot while holding down the fire button.
