That hat needs some work...

Never ever use black outlines inside of a hat, always use a darker shade of the colour.

Those lines are really jagged, I would suggest reshaping it.

The brim looks flat and does not really look as if it wraps around the hat.

Try to refrain from gradient shading, which is what you have done on the orange band.

You have no highlights on the hat which does not really make it interesting to look at, try add a light source.

You are using a lot of banding too on the wings, which I would refrain from, try shade them better.
