A very little device which is strapped on your arm
and you activate it maunally

Here are the Stats of the item

Price: 50 Event Coins / $100,000
Freeze: 0.25
Energy Storage: 100% / 100%
Energy Usage: 10% per 1.5 seconds
Recharge Rate: 1 Minute or Instant 100% when the player dies
Damage: None

Characteristics
+5% Movement speed
Character is invisible including the device
Character is Invisible
Character's Name tag is Invisible
Gang members are unable to see you
The Energy Bar is invisible to others but not to you
Character will automatically be visible when trying to switch to a weapon
The Device will only recharge when you equip it
Enemies can Hit you, but your Health bar remains Invisible
Character is UNABLE to walk through doors
The Energy usage will be 10% / 3 seconds if the Character doesnt move
The Energy recharge rate will be 40 seconds if the character doesnt move
Once the energy bar is depleted you will automatically be seen by players
The Character Gets 1 self damage for every use
Administrators are able to see you even when you are invisible
This item cannot be used in CTF, TTS, Spar Tourney, Event related
The device can be paused by pressing the trigger button, the device recharges but you will be seen
When invisible players cannot look into your profile

The $100,000 Version can be buyable if you have 500+ Play hours

Well atleast make it more fair,

Character name tag can be seen by other players but gang name wont be shown.
Health bar can be seen when the character's health bar getting damage.

For the rest of characteristics, i'll accept.

But since it's "OP", make it 70 ec, 100 is just too much

There has to be a weakness to it. Maybe some "powder drops" which reveal where you are
