Bar.
Kamishini no yari
Shipka is good at street PKing - by spamming the gun
BAR is good at bases - it is automatic and you can spam them on the doors - good for defending your base

Metalstorm is recommended at spar, it has a fast RoF and a quite wide spread

Ghost M4 has a very fast RoF, can be used at spar and also at basing
Bar is the best high damage all arounder and gm4 is the best low damage all arounder. Both with their respective differences. The best way to choose is to watch players use them in action and decide based on your own preference.
