It can only be viewed by those in your group.
It wouldn't be fair if someone were to access your group (other than mods) privately and stalk your discussions.

If you set your group to be find by others, it'll only show the Description and the Join Group button.
They can't enter your group without joining just to see your conversations and discussions.
