I don't think this would be added to the game. The effects is way more op than the original skin.
There are too many effect than DIY's skin.

An effect is overpowered? That makes no sense. Just because this design is better than the original (if that is what you are referring to) does not mean it shouldn't be added. It's just a skin the weapon itself would have the same stats.
