Some player relations think that hair bandanas count as hats, therefore they disapprove it, while others, don't count it as one, therefore they get accepted.
It's based off who's checking uploads.

Lol bruh bandanas are hats but since some admins approve them many people think bow theyre legal . Nabila just keep renaming it and uploading it until some staff accepts it

Thats actually a good idea. Admins disapproved of my head with a bandana the first few times, but it eventually got accepted.
