Head with bandanas

If the bandana is under your hair, the chance of it to be accepted will increase.

If the bandana is above your head, probably they consider it as a 'Hat'

Well, yeah.
But the rules only applies to no hats or mask that covers entire face will be accepted.
Even if you were to upload a bandana head, it would look really weird when you're wearing an accessory.

basically there's no issue with your head.Just give the uploading a couple more tries.Contact a staff (if you know any) that's online to help accept the custom for you.

Keep renaming the file and uploading it. Also contact an online staff that you know, to approve the head for you.
