I won a cotton bud a long time ago, after time its got boring and is pretty useless. Its barely anything to me now, I was thinking if you could make it heal? Some of you may disagree but once you own the item, its a waste of gratalats, seriously.
Feel free to comment your inputs.

how about instead of healing it could 'clean your ears' giving you a small- medium movement speed boost for a short while, it
is an auction item so i think it at least deserves something that much or a little something extra to make it worthwhile.

Ive got an idea cotton bud cleans ur ears and when this happens u get a white glow which gives a 30% chance of not getting dmg of the bullets that reach u and a word "Evade" would appear when it does
Good idea, this should have to be disabled in spar though.
