The thing I'm wondering, was who came up with the idea to put The Chinese New Year Street, Behind E-Mines? All The Decorations, Shops, Fit in Perfectly, But, "What If" The Chinese New Year Street, Was moved somewhere else? Would There Be A Good Reason For It To Be Better?
