Someone reported it and i followed the upload rules.
Just because you'd gotten away with it for so long doesn't mean it's an okay head.
a ski-mask is still considered a "head with a hat" in my opinion, and until someone- say snk- tells me they're ok i will continue to refund them if i see them.
just my two cents but graal doesnt exactly sell ski masks, nor should they (as heads are different shapes, it just wouldn't work). I personally see it as a bit of a grey area and i've always let them slide as they aren't disrupting gameplay and dont look like garbage.
but then again, i've always seen the upload rules as very unclear.

I don't see how their heads are considered a 'ski-mask' on them.
Looks more like their face could've been painted on just like irl and not an actual mask.

What I recommend to Vendhin is to give full refunds, as it is not their fault for the heads getting accepted in the first place.

I simply don't understand iera smh. You allow all these custom heads with headbands, and headbands are techniquly "hats". AM I RIGHT? So what is with this "hat" logic. A HEADBAND IS A HAT BRUH. LIKE REALLY? Yet so many people upload them and there completely legal.
Most of the head bands are actually just bandanas and what's one of the examples of no hats? Bandanas.
