I think its blue and black,but,,,the black is slightly gold/yelloe
Since 2012
the actual dress is blue and black. the thing is that the dress being super thin allows the sunlight to mess up the actual color. none of us are crazy, the picture was just taken this way. I personally see it brown and sky blue and you can always check it with photoshop and thats the answer you would get.

Which it make it pretty obvious is gold and white.
If you set your iPhone to invert the colors, the dress is white and gold. But ya the light messes with the true image
