This reminds me of my issue with SnK, How ever like Lanni stated if you file a report for the BBB and they send "Stefan" a email he has 14 buisness days to respond to the email after that they will launch a investigation, I've had to do this twice in 4 years. This is the only way that seems to get the ball rolling...
In my case i sent in 20+ screen shots of proofs of purchase along with emails to support my case and they all fell on deaf ears besides ventus who looked into it further. As soon as i sent my case to the BBB, Stefan and SnK started talking to me daily trying to resolve my issue with out the BBB getting involved...
I was the first ever full refund in the history of the game haha

Thats how you handle things! Nice man i hope you do this banshee but i also hope if they start the investigation i hope you dont take the stuff back bring them down instead
They should take BBB as a serious matter. If you believe you are being violated then fight for ur right and BBB will help you file a lawsuit.
