Okay, so My name on era is Prime, and I applied for PR a while ago. I was talking to Weird a few minutes ago and he said to check out the instructions guide and it would be here.
So, could you post thread here?
Also, is there any other requirements other than filling out the Google form? (Ex. Hours, customs, age, etc.)

There is no age restriciton, you just need to be mature. Same with hours and customs, they don't matter but you should be an experienced player and know much about Era.
All you need to do is fill out the application and submit it, if it is well-written and includes information, you will be notified hat you have been chosen

Personally I think that written communication should be a requirement too.
Ok, so here's some things that you shouldn't do:
1)Make a picture saying #GraalName4PR (it will reduce your chances)
2) Create multiple threads with the same intention.
Things you should do:
1) Read the rules.
2) Submit an application.
3) Be patient (PRA/SPRs have hundreds of applications to read, they will see your application eventually)
Everything you have to do, is submit your application.
That's all. You don't have to message staff in-game to make them check your application, this will not increase your chances. Just keep playing - you shouldn't wait for something to happen.
