I can understand the main issue, but at least staff must watch out for ifiled heads like edited or exact..

They go through hundreds of heads daily when they're checking uploads. Unless it's their friend's head or something, they aren't going to notice any edits or exact replicas.

Can't we just report his site to weebly for a bunch of reasons. I'm sure there has to be a piracy removal option somewhere, as i'm sure weebly does not host sites containing pirated software, maybe they will also remove the site for stolen graphic art?
